I happened upon an Etsy shop called Buttered Toast. She makes and sells ties and bowties for children and BABIES. But here's the thing. These aren't your typical baby ties. No teddy bears, no ducks, no puppies. No pastels. Nothing that could be described as squishy, fuzzy, widdle, or PRECIOUS.

As far as games, most of the time I let other people take care of those. But my favorite is the diaper/candy bar game - you number diapers and melt different candy bars in them (in the microwave), then your guests have to guess what the candy car is. Its especially difficult if you use a large variety and buy both some regular candy bars and dark chocolate varieties. I buy a couple bags of miniatures and use those.
The other game I've heard of recently, but haven't yet tried, is to freeze tiny baby dolls (like those you buy in a craft store for decoration) in an ice cube. Give one ice cube to each guest, and the first person to birth their baby (through whatever means they want) wins.
Also - have you heard of diaper cakes? I haven't made one yet, but I'd like to try it sometime. It looks like such a neat idea! Here are some links:
