I love pearls. To me, they are classic, simple and lovely.

There’s something about a strand of them hanging about my neck. Or peeking coolly from my ear when I brush my hair from my shoulders. 

They are my favorite. A day I get to wear pearls is a good day.

I love the interesting irregularity of a strand of freshwater pearls. The way they glint, more subtly than a diamond. Understated and self-assured. Like a classy woman. She makes her presence known without showing off.
