Confessions of a Stepper

I must confess...
  • I sometimes don't take my prenatal vitamin because I keep them by my bed and I'm too lazy to go downstairs to get a glass of water.
  • I don't always move the big stuff off the floor when I vacuum, and instead vacuum around it (like the basket of blankets in the living room).
  • I sometimes read in the bathroom.
  • I waste too much time on Facebook, and I don't even really like it.
  • I have been known to eat a cookie or piece of cake for breakfast.
  • I don't wash my hair every day.
  • I quite liked the entire Twilight series, enjoyed the movie, and am looking forward to seeing the next one.
  •  I sometimes beg Bill to stay home with me instead of go to class or Mutual to fulfill his calling because I am a Bill-junkie and I want him all to myself.
  • I let Wyatt watch TV before turning 2.
  • I get really jealous of skinny girls.
  • I listen and sing along to country and broadway music.
  • When I take Wy grocery shopping with me, I usually buy him a bagel - but I make sure he gets the kind I like so mommy can 'have a bite'.
And...
  • Even though I am very excited for Thanksgiving and think that the department stores are ridiculous for having their Christmas displays up before Halloween, even - I *have* walked through the Christmas isles at the store, and I *did* get a jingle in my bell - and I am really excited for Christmas and really want to put my tree up and turn on the Christmas tunes, and so I'm basically tapping my fingers impatiently, waiting for this month to hurry it on up so that I can start decking my halls!
I know.

I am ashamed.

Speaking of confessions...

I'd rather stay up late even though I'm exhausted and watch a movie than go to bed and sleep.

I'd rather drink Diet Dr. Pepper than water, except when I'm really thirsty, then I'd rather have Diet Dr. Pepper first, then drink water too.

I'd rather go to a movie or the theatre than attend or watch a sporting event.

I'd rather play a game with family and friends than read a book.

But I'd rather read a book than exercise (hence my overall fluffyness).

I'd rather go ride my recumbent trike than even look at the yard, let alone do anything resembling work in the yard.

I'd rather ride my motorcycle than drive the car, but since my sweetheart won't ride with me, other than commuting or special rides without her, I'm stuck driving.

I'd rather sit here responding to your blog then work.

I have to admit, I'm guilty of almost all the same things!! :-)

I love your list. I like to think that the Spirit of Christmas is perfectly applicable to and appropriately combined with the Spirit of Thanksgiving, and spent all day today listening to Christmas music and feeling very THANKFUL.

I love your tone when you write.
