Ali is trained in all the modalities, and is wonderful with targeting areas of soreness. Because I'm her favorite sister (right?), she gave me a massage when I was pregnant and complaining (only slightly!) about my achy body. Afterward, I felt like I could run the marathon (except I was fairly pregnant at the time). It was the best thing ever. And I told her that I want a massage bed like hers to sleep on every night.
